2. Information we process
We may process account details such as name, email and organization; technical data such as IP address, device, operating system, browser, app version and diagnostics; usage data; and lyrics, uploaded media and presentation data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, synchronize content, improve performance, analyze usage, communicate and comply with law. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where required.
4. Analytics and cookies
Necessary technologies support authentication and core functionality. Google Analytics 4 loads on this site only after consent. You can change your choice through cookie settings at any time.
5. Hosting and infrastructure
Infrastructure is hosted in the EU/EEA, including Oslo and European AWS regions. We do not intentionally transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. Offline content may remain temporarily cached on disconnected devices.
6. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed. Deleted account data and backups may be kept for up to three months, or longer where required by law or security needs. Contact messages are retained only as long as follow-up requires.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Contact post@wewo.no.
8. Security, children and third parties
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. WEWO is not specifically directed to children. AWS, Google Analytics and future app stores may process limited technical data.
